JSolar actively practices the concept of sustainability, continuously improves the sustainability management structure and management system, and is committed to integrating the concept of sustainability with the Company's development strategy and business decisions.
We actively formulate a sustainability strategy. The Company issues internal institutional documents such as
the Social Responsibility Management Manual, clearly standardizing the management processes of issuessuch as work safety, employment and employee rights, environmental protection, and product quality, and conducts risk matrix identification to improve the Company's responsibility fulfilment ability effectively. We actively build a sustainability management structure, regularly conduct material issue analysis, actively communicate with various stakeholders, continuously improve the risk identification and management abilityof key ESG issues, and work hand in hand with stakeholders to make unremitting efforts to help achieve the UN SDGs.
